4. Crafts. This is the type of hobby that requires some creativity as well as artistic skill. This hobby is great for kids. Arts and crafts can come in different forms; it can be in the form of scrapbooking, making paper flowers or even creating a paper Mache.

Kids will have fun doing arts and crafts because with this type of hobby they have an excuse to get a little bit dirty especially when they are painting one of their paper mache creations. 5. Collecting. So far this is the most common hobby. It is hard to explain but most people love collecting things. Some people would collect authentic basketball cards or baseball cards. Some would collect old coins or old stamps and so on. There will never be a shortage of something worth collecting because even your typical rain gear can turn into a collectible.
